Can Ch, Am GCHB Fairytale’s Lily from the Lion
(Am select, Int Ch./Am Ch. Fairytale's Heiress on Paws, Am Select x Am Ch. Brisant de Bejaune)
CNSB clear, Hips OFA Good, DOB 09/02/2015

Lily is out of our Paws x Ruger 2015 litter, and is a granddaughter of Aramis, granddaughter of Sage’s sister, Brooke, and great granddaughter of Turquoise on her mother side. She is a granddaughter of French import Quito and the very beautiful Georgia (Ch Peche Parfaite de Bejaune) on her sire side. Through Ruger, Lily’s pedigree goes back to the Plaine de Brotonne and also Tour St Genin French lines.

Lily was the only tawny girl out of 9 puppies. Decision was not easy as we really liked all the puppies but at the end of the day, Lily was the one to stay with us.

Growing up beautifully, Lily displays a lot of the personality of her grandfather Aramis, very stable and outgoing, proud of herself but she is also extremely sweet and gentle. She is just simply a very pretty girl, very balanced, easy on her feet and with a beautiful head-neck-shoulders assembly. Our little girl brings a smile on everybody’s face and is a little ball of sunshine.

At 6 month of age, Lily went to her first show at the Harrisburg regional specialty and won the Puppy Sweepstakes.

Her next show was at 10 month, when she attended the International All breed Dog Shows. Out of 4 shows, she won 3 Best Puppy in Show and 1 Reserve Best Puppy in show and also completed her title of Jr International Champion.

And at the Regional Specialty at the West Frienship MA shows, she won best in Sweepstakes and also Winners Bitch, earning in style her first AKC championship points. She completed her second major win early October at the Fingers Lakes Shows. After taking a break due to my own foot surgery, Lily only came back in the ring in the spring of 2017 where she finished her championship in great style, with 3 majors, including win over specials.

Her first time in a show, as a champion, was at the Regional and National specialty shows in August. Under French judge Alain Pecoult, she won best female (BOS) at the regional specialty the day before the national and made the cut at the national. I am extremely proud of Lily: she is a beautiful female with a fantastic temperament, loving life and people. I so enjoy her.

Catching up on Lily’s achievements: Lily became a GCH Bronze, with all her wins being with me as her handler, and almost exclusively at National and Regional Specialty shows. She is also a multiple OH group winner and reserve BIS winner. Her beautiful type, floating gait and gorgeous head made it all very easy to point to her. But beside her occasional show participations, Lily’s favorite activity is ball chasing ! She is a master at fetching, catching up in the air, all of it at the speed of light.

Lily also became a mother of 7 babies in 2020. She needed a very special stud and I chose this superb Spanish male, champion in many countries, that I had seen in France during a national, Red Hot Chilli Peppers de Los Niegos. The litter was very consistent and Ms Ria (insert link to Ria’s page) is the one puppy I kept from this lose line breeding.
